Introduction to Leadership
Course Description:
Introduction to Leadership has been designed to provide learners with education and tools to support leadership development.
Critical examination of leadership in nursing, system structure, policy-making process and change management to increase leadership at the individual RPN level. Leadership theories and the role of nurses in the health care system are examined, focusing on the role of the practical nurse.
