      See attached for my research outline/report. I attempted to answer the above questions in that format.

      I learned my lesson about writing down EVERY step, when the time came to write out all the details I didn’t have recorded what databases were used, etc… I won’t make that mistake again!
      So many new skills and tips unlocked in this class 🙂

        Well done!

        I was thinking about how wonderful it would be to see protected time for these types of supports and it got me thinking about how that might impact privacy/confidentiality for employees. I wonder what types of safe guards would be essential to instill confidence in those seeking out these supports without fear of their employers having access to their data. I think the direct line to EAP could safe guard a lot of this, but wonder if some training for those peer mentors should also touch on privacy issues.
