I also agree with a thinker . Sharing the plan , and knowing every single detail are essential key before making decisions as a leader. This can lead to become the best result from good preparing. As the thinker , they will have a back up plan or ideas to show and prove it to the teams or staffs who are under the supervision in workplace. This will help the leader to understand more problem that happen in workplace. Therefore, thinker is another powerful communication to build connection between leader and staffs.
