I can recall that one productive conflict happened when I work in a LTC. That was a very busy shift. At the end of my shift I still had one catheterization to do, and I needed help from the other RPN who also worked on the same floor. This was also the first time I did Catheterization after my graduation. Therefore, I approach to that RPN and asked whether she would like to help me with the catheterization. She said she had to leave very soon and it was ok if I left it to the RPN of next shift. I felt that was not correct. I thought I should finish all my assignment during my shift. Then, I went to the RN for help. She agreed to help me. She also asked the other RPN to go with her. We did it under her supervision and it was a great experience.
