Some of the interventions we used in the shelter system during COVID:

Elimination: Moving people who exhibit the symptoms to separate rooms. Moving people who have tested positive to a separate facility.
Substitution: Zoom calls on for certain appointments such as court.
Engineering: Screens at the nursing station, availability of masks and hand sanitizers, UV light to disinfect the rooms.
Administrative: Active screening of guests and staff: temperature and covid swabs. Client education.
PPE: Access to the PPE at the front of each room. Doffing stations.
