Based on our studies, healthcare workers should understand how exposed they are to infections in the workplace. I believe immunizations should be mandatory for healthcare workers because they help protect healthcare workers, patients, and the community. Healthcare workers can be exposed to infectious diseases and may spread infections to vulnerable patients. Vaccination is an effective way to reduce the risk of illness and outbreaks. As a healthcare worker, I believe being vaccinated is part of our responsibility to provide safe care and protect others.
