The Championing Patient-Centered Care Course is an 8-week online course designed to provide learners with education and tools to support leadership development.  Critical examination of patient-centered care in nursing at the system and individual level to increase understanding of patient-centered care at the individual RPN level.  The personal reflection on the role of nurses in patient-centered care examined, focusing on the individual role of the practical nurse.
