Title: Workplace Violence Prevention-Tools for Nurses to Reduce Risk
Synopsis:
The 2024 WeRPN member survey notes that over half of RPN (54%) respondents experienced or witnessed an increase in workplace violence against nurses 54% of RPNs. This webinar will provide a guided tour of the WeRPN Workplace Violence Toolkit for nurses to increase awareness of the resources available and to develop strategies to reduce workplace violence and develop safer workplaces.
