What were the unique experiences of RPN-project champions and RPNs who engaged in an implementation science research study? The study was investigating to improve the management of residents’ expressive behaviours exacerbated by the impact of COVID-19 and the resulting health directives in Long-Term Care. Three promising practices were addressed by engaging RPNs as team leads using PIECES Three question template as a care-planning framework with residents, care partners and clinical colleagues in LTC.
