This full-day workshop will introduce approaches for nurses to collaborate effectively and strengthen leadership interactions. Participants will take a deeper dive into emotional intelligence and its importance in nursing as well as the role that neuroscience plays in enabling collaboration in healthcare teams. Nurses will also have the opportunity to examine the interaction between cultural safety and emotional well-being. Join us and connect with fellow RPNs at this engaging event.
