Assessing how you are doing
In this module we will review sources of Resilience. We will take the time to complete an online resilience assessment tool – taking a resilience quiz to find out how resilient you may be. This will help you identify areas that you may want to work on to improve your resilience. You will then identify what area they want to work on – once you have your results, you can then look on improving them. And finally, getting ready to make the change – we will also assess your readiness to make changes and improve your resilience
